My opinion:

After I read these blogs I can conclude that teacher is a facilitator to develop the potential of teaching and thinking that creative, effective, and flexible. Teachers are not just robots who testified in front of the class about the subject matter being taught regardless of the condition of each student is different. But the teacher is a tool that can make the students grow, creative thinking and active for each student to feel involved in the learning situation. Teachers can use this method aids, worksheets and discussions in order to create the impression of depth lessons for students that is expected of students is not easy to forget the concept, or found their own formula. Teachers also should not indoctrinate students so that students immediately get the concept or formula, because of selfishness and impatience in waiting teachers' understanding of students. But the teacher should always keep the heart of students who are taught so that students do not have the pressure on the learning process and feel comfortable and happy while learning mathematics. I also agree with the opinion of the White-Headed Parents of each student comes from different people both nature and reason, teachers should not equate teaching, teaching methods and teaching strategies, teachers should be more sensitive to differences in students and always provide equal opportunity to all students to answer, discuss, understand, convey their ideas and answer questions. So the teacher does not just stop at one point of reference but should flexible think to find another reference may be always looking for innovative learning methods with reference to the most recent references.
